The camera can be connected to a multimedia screen and or a computer via a USB port. Camera function is identical in PC, screen only, or PC and screen mode. Please note in stand alone mode the images are not permanently saved. When connected to a PC running USB cam software images are saved to the hard drive, and not lost when the receiver unit is powered down. The receiver unit can store up to 60 images which can be either full screen or quad displays.

The camera has two capture modes. Single image or quad screen.

Single image - freeze button captures full screen, press freeze button again, to view live image etc. Images are saved automatically. The previous image, next image buttons on the top line of the remote control is used to review pictures.

Quad image - can be selected from the camera or the top middle button on the remote. Screen is split into four. Pressing the freeze button then captures the images top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right, pressing the freeze button again saves the quad display as one image. During the quad capture the remote is used to delete a selected quadrant, or zoom to full screen.

The remote fob also has freeze function, delete all memory (in the receiver unit), and delete single image (in the receiver unit). Remote fob is powered by a lithium CR2025 3V battery.

Compatible with Exact Software of Excellence Examine Pro.

Capture button will freeze image in Exact, second press returns to live image and stores image to Exact.
