Installation Our personnel have been trained by the manufacturer in the installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment. Installation of any large piece of equipment in a dental surgery can be disruptive at the best of times, however delivery and installation will always be scheduled to give you minimum disruption and a timely installation.
After Sales Service 1. All perceived problems with any of our products should be notified to us when they become apparent, as we may be able to advise a solution by telephone, and prevent a potential unexpected breakdown. 2. In the unlikely event of a breakdown we aim to be at your practice within 24-48 hours depending on urgency. Ensuring your equipment maintains its uptime and minimising practice disruption is as important to us as it is to you. Note a charge may arise depending on warranty and if a service contract has been taken out.
Service Contract / Extended Warranty / Maintenance The standard manufacturers warranty is one year which covers parts and labour. Maintenance is subject to a separate service contract and we will contact you approximately eleven months after installation to discuss this.. We can provide a tailored solution to meet your needs and requirements.
